Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
At LumiDisc, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and our 90-day warranty.
1. Return & Refund Window
We offer a return service based on your location. To be eligible, you must contact us within the following timeframes from the date of receipt:
- United States: Within 30 calendar days.
- International (Outside Asia): Within 14 calendar days.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and documentation).
- For clothing: Items must be clean, unwashed, and unworn with all tags attached.
- Non-refundable items: Shipping charges, handling fees, and taxes paid (Customs duties, VAT) are non-refundable.
*Note: If the product is severely damaged or repackaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund.
2. Exchange Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day exchange service from the date of receipt if the product suffers from a performance failure (not human-caused) or is damaged during transit. Photographic evidence is required.

4. 90-Day Limited Warranty
LumiDisc guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of receipt.
- Coverage: Only applies to products purchased through official or authorized channels.
- Service: We will repair or replace defective parts at no charge using new or refurbished parts.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, extreme weather, or normal wear and tear (scratches, dents) is not covered.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.
6. How to Apply for Service

Step 2: Securely package the item in its original box and ship it using a trackable method.
