Are there any personal details required for customs clearance of the package?
Generally, no additional personal information is required for customs clearance.
However, if your shipping address is in the following countries and regions, please provide the corresponding details in the order notes for us to facilitate the shipment.
How to replace the Eilik Robot purchased from Amazon?
Please contact customer support directly on Amazon for the return and exchange service.
If your robot malfunctions, you can also contact the officialΒ customer serviceΒ to get technical guidance or apply for a replacement.
How to get an return address and a return label?
Customers can request a return within 7/14 days from the date of receiving the item. In case of non-quality problem returns, the customer should bear all shipping costs.
There is no need for a return label. Please get in touch with us and we'll record your return request and provide address information.
Enter the tracking number on 17track.com, and you can check the latest shipping information without logging in.
If you find any unusual condition in the tracking results, please contact us through a support ticket or email.
Do I need to pay to use Eilik Robot's update software and get updated content?
It is currently free to use.
Can I purchase small accessories other than food miniatures?
The online store currently only sells mini food toys as to Eilik's accessories. We will release other accessories such as head decorations in the future.
Now you can also go to the DIY station to print your preferred objects.
Are taxes, VAT, and duties included in the price?
The price doesn't include any customs duties, taxes, fees, or any other country-specific charges.
Can I get a spare servo module, or replace the battery in case it gets broken?
After rigorous testing, the qualities of the servo and battery are up to standard.
If there is a malfunction problem with Eilik Robot, we support free repair and replacement of the whole bot during the 90-day warranty period.
Why does shipment delay?
Shipment delays are normally caused by natural disasters, holidays and other logistical problems.
Why there is no update of my tracking number?
For international delivery, this situation happens before your parcel arrives in your country.
And the tracking number will be updated after it arrives.Β
If the parcel is delayed at logistics centers for more than 5 days when being transferred, please contact customer service.
Can you ship Eilik to my country?
You can check the available countries at the checkout page.
If you're unable to find your country in the list, we do not ship there.
We're working on expanding our selection of available countries, so please keep checking back.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
You can amend or cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
We will not be able to make changes to your order after it is shipped.

What if my payment got debited but the order did not go through?

How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.
